UEFA President Michel Platini sounded surprisingly negative about the prospects for Euro 2012 as he visited Poland on Thursday. 

Platini once again warned that overpricing - particularly in Ukraine - is putting off many thousands of fans from travelling to the 2012 European Championships, but also expressed genuine concerns about potential hooliganism during the tournament:

"If there's one thing that always worries me, it's security," Platini told the press.  "...we all know that the world isn't as nice as I'd like it to be, so of course we need security, people to protect the stadiums, to look out for the hooligans who'll come,"
