The Kyiv Post reports that plans have been put into place to provide 17 daily rail services between Poland and Ukraine during the Euro 2012 football championships. With a daily capacity of 9,000 seats the move should ease the fears of many foreign football fans, many of whom have had concerns about rapid and reliable transport links between the two UEFA Euro 2012 host nations.

Schedules for the new train services will be announced from March.
